14 West is seeking a Digital Marketing Trainer to join their team in Baltimore, MD.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Affiliate Leaders to identify performance development needs and suggested learning opportunities based on efficiencies in the MarTech processes and tools. 
  • Conduct needs analysis in order to identify efficiencies in business practices and processes.
  • Act as MarTech SME in order to consult with clients on learning solutions and best practices. Act as a consultant on MarTech applications supported by WesTech.
  • Drive the adoption of key digital tools and capabilities being rolled out across content, E-commerce and performance marketing.
  • Remain current on industry trends and those within the organization, to maximize effectiveness through learning, tools, and processes in the digital marketing industry.
  • Learn and apply internal marketing applications and reporting tools. 
  • Learn the various software applications in detail, including the business purpose(s) of each, how to use them, and when the systems are used.
  • Provide timely feedback to the Course Developers and assist where needed in the development of learning opportunities, creating, reviewing, and editing assigned training materials.
  • Communicate with affiliates and other WesTech teams on the usability of the various software applications and provide feedback to the product teams on a ongoing basis.
  • Interact with product developers, learning professionals, data scientist, publishers, and a variety of audiences on an ongoing basis.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of MarTech or Digital Marketing experience required—including email deliverability, campaign development, customer experience.
  • Knowledge of BI/MI data needs.
  • Well-developed training, coaching, and agile skills required.
  • Knowledge and current application of Design Thinking and Universal Design for Learning.
  • Comfortable speaking in front of small and large groups.
  • Ability to multitask and manage several projects effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal/consultative skills.
  • Intermediate-level skills using MS Word, PowerPoint, & Excel. Knowledge of rapid development tools a plus.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
