The Coordinator facilitates the day-to-day production of all online advertising and optimization projects.


Duties include communicating project requirements, elements, and objectives to team members to ensure that everyone is on the same page regarding all aspects of a project including timelines; setting it up in their internal systems; working with team members to ensure that projects are completed according to project timelines and communicating the status of a project within the team as well as across departments; and working across departments to complete project needs.


The ideal candidate is proactive in becoming intimately familiar with all aspects of a project, possess the great organizational skills to keep the various elements of a project organized and accessible to team members, takes initiative to improve workflow and address challenges, is open to reprioritize and adapt workflow in a fast-paced environment, and hungry to learn promotional website design best practices, web analytics, and split testing.



  • Acting as a copy coordinator with their legal team to:
    • Oversee the submission of new promotions to legal
    • Remain up-to-date on the progress of all promotions through legal reviews
    • Facilitate prompt and effective communication between copywriters and the legal team during legal review
    • Deliver a finished product to the Production team in its final format effectively, so that a project is ready to be worked on
  • Assigning work and managing the daily schedule for the production team
  • Helping to define project scope, goals and deliverables to production team- giving a detailed “overview” of a project before the team starts on it so that everyone know what to expect
  • Ushering all customer-acquisition projects through the production lifecycle, communicating day-to-day priorities with everyone involved, and gathering feedback from copywriter, publisher, marketer, etc. on final output
  • Performing QA reviews on all projects to ensure copy, design, and functionality are all up to standard before a project is marked “complete”
  • Learning and becoming efficient in all internal systems


Required Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Close collaboration with team members is a must; communication is vital in this role.
  • Superb attention to detail.
  • Ability to set and manage priorities through strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to respond quickly to changes and opportunities.
  • Knowledge of MS Suite (Office, Excel)
  • Knowledge of G-Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with marketing principles, such as web advertising, direct response marketing, and performance analysis.
  • Knowledge of Basecamp, Smartsheet and Docusign is a plus. You’ll be utilizing these project management tools to stay on top of project assets and deliverables
  • Bachelors Degree or 3+ years of professional work experience.
