The Oxford Group is looking for a Director of Sales. This is an experienced sales leader to take our motivated, successful sales force and drive an increase of production by at least 75% in the next 3 years. 


Their business has been around for 30 years and is growing fast. Last year was their best year yet and this year is trending towards another record. They are looking for someone special to help lead this critically important area of their growth.

  • At least 5-10 years of sales experience (including several years in sales leadership).
  • Must have hired and trained sales superstars.
  • Must have proven results in sales excellence personally.
  • Must have a proven track record for driving peak performance in others.


  • Coaching/training and developing the individual members of the sales team to peak potential.
  • Hiring and developing new top talent
  • A daily focus on numbers, metrics. You’ll need to find the opportunities and problems within the numbers and ensure we’re fully capitalizing on every lead source.
  • Mentoring new leadership within the team. You’ll be responsible for helping others take on and develop new roles and responsibilities. 
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Copywriting teams to uncover new business opportunities and drive further sales growth.
  • Drive the development of new data integration for lead sourcing. They want to increasingly reach the right customer at the right time.
  • Build and refining new strategy and process to reach their target audience more effectively. This requires immersing yourself in their business model and sales funnel.


  • Strong emotional intelligence
  • Strong ambition and drive
  • Some financial background or understanding is preferred
  • Typically members on their team have some background in B2C sales with a variety of backgrounds.
  • Sandler certified is preferred (team uses this sales approach)
